Allergens handled in the kitchen
Potential allergens used in our kitchen include:
- Cereals containing gluten, including wheat: flour, cakes, biscuits and some cake decorations.
- Eggs: sponges, cupcakes, brownies, blondies and other baked goods.
- Milk: butter, cream, chocolate, milk, cheesecake fillings, custards and other toppings.
- Soya: may be present in chocolate, chocolate decorations and other ingredients.
- Nuts: may be present in toppings, chocolates, decorations or other ingredients.
- Peanuts: may be present in ingredients or products handled in the kitchen.
Other regulated allergens may also be present, depending on the product and ingredients used. This is a kitchen notice, not an allergen list for every product.
Ingredients and cross-contamination
Ingredients and allergens can vary between products and suppliers. All products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be handled, and cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
